I’m back again to the Juan de Fuca trail. Back not only to the folder that contains the trail pictures to be uploaded but back in a way these pictures do take me back sometimes. This was very close to our first campsite just about 8 kms from the start of the trail (I know we took it easy that day). My mates and I decided to go for a little stroll along the coast and that’s when I caught the shot, as the sun was hiding behind the tree.
Saxophonist
Canuck
This one of the many canucks fans that came out onto the streets of Vancouver during the 2011 Stanley Cup finals. This particular picture was taken during the game 5 victory. A truly emotional and a special time for the city. This guy’s face says it all really.
Lonely Man
I took this on my second or third day in Krakow. I think it was in the morning when streets emptied after the previous night’s parties. Amongst its empty streets it wasn’t hard to spot this man, who appeared to be homeless, siting motionless, just adding to the emptiness around him.
Road to Pemberton
This is slightly North of Whistler on the same 99 highway that leads to Pemberton. Most of the people who take this highway north never make it past this point because…. well because they don’t have to. I wasn’t going to Pemberton myself that day but ended up going slightly pass whistler because I was giving someone a ride.
It looks like it was a sunny day but I remember my hands were begging me to get back into the car and almost froze while I took this picture. Always a slight problem shooting in winter:D
Steel Art
I was walking around in Berlin with my friend when we took a wrong turn and found ourselves in a very cool yard full of artists, each showcasing his unique creations. This is one of the things that caught my eye. Very original use of scrap metal.
