In Bruges

Bruges is sometimes called as “the Venice of the north”. It’s a city with a lot of canals like this one. If you ever get a chance to visit make sure you take the boat ride along some of its canals. The whole city is a UNESCO heritage site and walking along some streets makes you feel like you’ve traveled few hundred years into the past. Right until you get to the central streets with shops that act as a reminder that you haven’t:)

Relax. This is Berlin

Berlin has got to be one of my favourite cities in Europe. City full of culture and awesome people as well as little cafes and other hangout spots where it’s easy to loose track of time. If you think that all German people are overly organized and serious people you should run towards the German capital. It’ll change your mind.

Road Up to the Castle

This is a little walk up the hill that leads to the historic castle district in Budapest. The park itself that leads to it isn’t as impressive as the district itself but on a sunny warm day like this it’s an absolute pleasure to walk through it. Wouldn’t you want to take a walk through it?

Colourful Lady

I visited Berlin during the Carnival of Cultures. Berlin is awesome as it is and any festival makes this city that much more interesting. During this particular festival residents of the city who come from all over the world came out parading through the streets wearing their national costumes, playing their music, dancing and just having a great time. This lady was one of the participants wearing very colorful dresses:)
