Hergé et Palais de Justice

Hergé is the name behind the comic series “The adventures of TIntin“. His drawings pop up out of nowhere all around Brussels. But there are plenty of drawing from other comics all around the city. This is one of those random drawings on some street behind the justice palace (palais de justice).

Last Train

The title might be a little misleading. I have no idea if this was indeed the last train, probably not. But it was definitely my last hdr shot of the day as my memory card run out right after. This is the same train station in Antwerp, Belgium from the previous post. Here are the 3 shots:

Train Station

I’ve been on a roll these days, posting every single day. I’m going to try to keep it going as long as I can. For now I’m going to continue with Belgium.

I have a soft spot for train stations. I prefer them to airports or any other transport hubs for many different reasons. For one they tend to be more reflective of city’s character. This is a train station in Antwerp, probably the most beautiful train station I’ve ever been to. Simply stunning architecture. This was one of those moments when I wished I had a wide angle lens to capture as much of it as I could in one shot. On top, my memory card was running out, so I had to limit myself to this 1 shot.
